How To Book a Home Visit

Before you book online, please read the General FAQ and What to Expect Sections. These will provide you with everything you need to prepare for your pet's Home Visit.

All services are provided in your pet’s home to reduce stress and allow for gentle, individualized care. Because each visit is tailored to your pet and your location, final appointment details are confirmed after your request is submitted.

Browse the Services page and choose the service that best fits your pet’s needs.

Submit a Booking Request

Once you’ve selected your service, click Book Now and choose your preferred date and time in the Booking Calendar.

Appointments are submitted as requests, not instant bookings, so that I can review the details and ensure the best possible care for your pet.

Travel Fee & Final Pricing

All appointments include an In-Home Visit & Travel Fee, which is based on your location.

The total shown at booking reflects the service fee only.
Your travel fee will be calculated after your request is received, and your final price will be confirmed with you before your appointment.

You can view estimated travel fees on the Services page.

Appointment Confirmation

Once your request is reviewed, I will contact you to:

confirm your appointment time
confirm the final cost (including travel fee)
review any important details about your pet

Your appointment is only confirmed once this step is complete.

Preparing for your visit

Before your appointment:

Please ensure your pet is in a safe and accessible area
Have any relevant medications or instructions available
If your pet is highly anxious or fearful, pre-visit medication may be recommended by your veterinarian

My goal is to make the experience as low-stress and positive as possible for both you and your pet.

Travel Fee

All home visits include a distance-based travel fee. This fee is not optional and applies to every appointment.
